The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following qualifications:* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills* Effective communication and conflict management abilities* Self-motivation and initiative* Excellent organizational skills* Strong attention to detail* Solid understanding of the healthcare environmentPrior experience managing Conflict of Interest matters is not required; however, it would be highly beneficial. The individual in this role must be able to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
