And we are seeking a Logistics Manager\n\nKey Responsibilities\nMaterials Management\n * Oversee inbound raw material planning, receiving, storage, and distribution\n to production lines.\n * Manage outbound logistics, including finished goods shipping and coordination\n with transportation providers.\n * Monitor and control inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.\n\nOperational Leadership\n * Lead, train, and develop logistics and warehouse teams to ensure safe and\n efficient operations.\n * Maintain compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company\n policies.\n * Optimize warehouse layout, material flow, and handling processes to improve\n productivity.\n\nSupply Chain Coordination\n * Collaborate with Procurement, Production, and Planning teams to align\n material availability with production schedules.\n * Work with suppliers, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners to ensure on-time\n delivery and cost efficiency.\n * Manage import/export documentation, customs compliance, and regulatory\n requirements.\n\n\n\nPerformance & Reporting\n * Establish and monitor KPIs for materials handling, delivery performance, and\n logistics cost control.\n * Identify process bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives\n (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma).\n * Prepare regular reports for management on inventory status, logistics\n performance, and budget adherence.\n\n\n\nQualifications\n * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial\n Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).\n * 7+ years of experience in logistics, materials management, or supply chain\n (manufacturing/automotive/battery industry preferred).\n * Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse management, and\n transportation logistics.\n * Experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP preferred).\n * Excellent leadership and people management skills with proven ability to lead\n diverse teams.\n * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\n * Knowledge of import/export compliance and international logistics\n regulations.\n * Bilingual (English/Korean) is a plus.
