What You'll Do:
As our Patient Experience Coordinator, you'll be the first and last impression every patient has of our practice.
On a daily basis you will:
Welcome every patient with warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine care
Answer phones confidently while helping patients schedule appointments
Guide new families through their first visit
Check patients in and out efficiently
Verify insurance information and maintain accurate records
Coordinate schedules and keep the day running smoothly
Jump in wherever the team needs support
Help create an experience that keeps families coming back year after year
