The success of our firm is due in large part to the dedication and hard work of our team members.If you are self-motivated, hardworking, and passionate about building strong relationships with clients and colleagues, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:Key Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of outsourced accounting clients and serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned engagements.Manage all aspects of client engagements, including onboarding, service delivery, client communication, staff supervision, and project completion.Oversee and review monthly financial statements, management reports, account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end and year-end close processes.Ensure client accounting records are accurate, complete, and compliant with GAAP and firm standards.Assist clients with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and other advisory services.Coordinate annual audit preparation and serve as a liaison with external auditors.Supervise, mentor, train, and develop Senior Accountants, Staff Accountants, and interns.Provide timely performance feedback and assist with staff evaluations and career development.Lead accounting software implementations, conversions, and process improvement initiatives.Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and enhance client service delivery through technology and automation.Participate in networking, business development, association, and community events.Qualifications:Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience, with supervisory experience preferred.Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.Experience managing multiple client engagements and deadlines.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient knowledge of QuickBooks Online, BILL, payroll systems, Microsoft 365 applications, and other cloud-based accounting platforms.Experience with accounting software implementations and technology-driven process improvements is preferred.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as numerous opportunities for career growth and development.
